I am so glad you stopped by! I'm Sharonda the creator and founder of the Oak of Righteousness blog. A blog where you can find topics on just about anything -  from faith, to beauty, fashion, travel, home projects, DIY's and much, much more! I am so honored you are here! 

This blog came about from my life experiences and love for Jesus. I am a wife, mother of three adult children and 7 grandchildren. I am a writer, speaker, photographer, real estate investor, fixer upper, lover of beauty, fashion, travel and all of God's creation.  The Oak of Righteousness blog is a journey of my every day life and the lesson's I have learned. Somedays, the blog will be deep subjects such as your faith, family or marriage and other days it will be fun light-hearted tales of home improvement projects, fashion or beauty guidance or it might just be mere stories that happen along life's path. 

For years now, I have felt the tug on my heart to start a blog, but I kept putting it off thinking no one would read it. Then one day, I realized it didn't matter if anyone read it or not. I needed to use the gifts/talents that God gave me and leave the rest to Him. I pray that it will reach others for His glory!

My life has been a life that has been broken, wounded, bound and almost destroyed. My personal story is a story of restoration and rebuilding a life to leave a legacy of hope for the generations to come! God has used restoration and rebuilding of homes to show me lessons to help guide us in our every day life. I will not be the only contributor on this blog - there will be other Oaks of Righteousness that will contribute their wisdom, thoughts and lessons to us all. I hope you stick around to learn more!
